Laloğlu was established in 1992 by yılında A. Necat GÜLMEZ and named as Laloğlu Shipping Construction Machinery Trade and Industry Limited Company in 1994.

Laloğlu Company successfully and timely carried out the infrastructure Works of public and private organizations since its establishment. The company realized its commitments in every construction work with its own parking lot and experienced staff in the activity areas such as infrastructure,  water piping , sewage, channel constructions, bend, damn river reclamation, excavation Works, building demolition Works, housing and factory construction, sports courts.
